Boca has plenty of entertainment for locals and tourists alike to take in. But, if you haven’t visited the Serenoa Glade Preserve, you’ve yet to truly experience the natural beauty and overall appeal of our area.
This portion of the Atlantic Coastal Ridge is undeveloped, thanks to protections by the city—a rare find in modern-day Boca Raton. With a half-mile trail to follow, the Serenoa Glade Preserve offers an easy, beginner-friendly hike. With no entry fees, this is a budget-friendly pastime, too. Best of all, the trail even has a low bug factor! Visitors of all ages can hit the trail, free from mosquito bites, maintaining your budget, and spending some much-needed time outside.
This space adjoins George Snow Park, where you’ll find a playground, picnic space, and areas dedicated to various sports or activities. You’ll find everything you need for a lovely summer afternoon with friends or family. And, when you’re ready to switch things up with a visit to Serenoa Glade, you’ll simply take to the back area of the park. Here, you’ll move through the trees to enter the Preserve and enjoy one of the best outdoor spaces in Boca Raton.
